Yes! We use clean-burning, non-toxic waxes, premium cotton, hemp and wooden wicks and safe fragrance oils. Our candles are eco-friendly and safe when used as directed.

Yes! You can request gift wrapping and include a personalized message—perfect for birthdays, return favors, anniversaries, or any special occasion.

Yes, we do! Whether it’s for wedding favors, gifting, events, birth announcements or corporate gifting, we accept custom and bulk orders. Processing takes 15–30 days, depending on the size of the order. Please reach out early to book your slot!

Yes, they are! We’re proud to be one of the first in Pakistan to offer a candle refill service. As part of our commitment to sustainability, you can send your empty Naurah jar back to us—we’ll refill it with your chosen scent and return it to you. It’s our way of reducing waste and caring for the Earth, one candle at a time.

To ensure your candle burns beautifully, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, let the wax melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn, and avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Always keep your candle on a heat-safe surface and away from drafts. Follow our candle care tips (included with each order) for the best experience!

Processing & Shipping

Every candle is made fresh after you order. As a mama-owned small business, we lovingly craft each piece by hand, so processing takes a little time.
Please allow 5–7 working days for regular orders.
Bulk or custom orders may take 15–30 days, depending on size.
Note: Timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen conditions or public holidays. We appreciate your patience!

Yes! We are accepting international orders via email (naurahbym3@gmail.com) or Instagram DM (@naurahbym3).
All overseas orders must be paid in advance.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos and a short video of the unboxing as proof. This helps us verify the damage and process your replacement quickly. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. If you don’t receive it, just contact us and we’ll assist you.
