  For custom or bulk orders, 70% to 100% advance payment is required, depending on the nature of the order.

Returns Accepted Only If:

 

The product received is broken or damaged.

Important Condition:

A clear, unedited  video of the unboxing (parcel being opened) is required as proof for any return or refund request.

 Without the video, the claim will not be entertained.
